Résumé:
Starting from the Zariski topology, we
introduce a natural notion of nonstandard generic point in
algebraic and local analytic geometry. The existence of this kind
of point is a strong form of the Nullstellensatz. We show how this
notion is connected with the classical concept of generic point in
the spectrum of the corresponding algebra.
